Rehabilitation Classes:
Ideal for people recouperating from surgery, injury or strokes. Booked week to week.
“Drop In” Classes
Grab a few friends, (a max. of 4), and we will organize a 1 hour class. A one time fee $70.
Or, drop into an existing class, (by appointment only), when there is an opening. One time fee is $20.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a credit that you can use in another class. A maximum of 2 credits per 10 session block and must be used within that session.
