NEXT NEW STUDENT CLASS OPENING; (beginner)
Febuary 22nd – Wednesday 11am to 12 noon
Max. 4 students in the class. The session will be 4 weeks long and the fee will be $60. Students will learn the basics in Pilates mat techniques and also learn the basics on the Pilates Reformer.
Introducing Rehabilitation Classes: These classes are for people with physical limitations. The Pilates exercises taught in this class are taught on the Pilates Reformer. The exercises are basic and modified versions so people can rebuild their strength, flexibility and stamina. For more information call Julie at 604 809-9463.

Missed Classes: Openings are posted weekly by email. All missed classes need to be made-up within the semester they are missed.
Drop-in students: If you have done mat and Reformer Pilates before you can do drop-in classes, ($20 per class), paid on the day you drop-in. You can ask to be included on our weekly mail out list.
