Natural Elements ll © donnageissler.comJulie, a former professional ballet dancer, aerobics teacher and personal coach for Int. models, has returned to the White Rock area to teach fitness and specialize in working with people over 40. Her style of Pilates is a modified classic form that helped her regain her range of motion and muscle strength after surgery.

With 30 years teaching experience Julie looks forward to helping others stay fit and strong. Even if you have let yourself fall behind and need help getting back on track, there will be a class that is right for you.

As your teacher it is our mission to make exercise a treat, something you look forward to, and something you are not willing to give up, well into your senior years.

  1. All group classes are a maximum of 4 people.  Individuals get plenty of guidance and there is lots of space for people to move freely so they don’t feel cramped.
  2. Classes need to be fun. A one hour class should fly by. 
  3. Students are to come dressed for comfort.
  4. The theory, “no pain, no gain” is not used in our classes. It is more beneficial to do less repetitions correctly than do many the wrong way.
